Shipping & Returns Policy


At Root2Leaf Organic Australia, we accept returns on unopened items within 21 days of purchase, provided they have been stored correctly by the customer. If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover the return shipping costs or issue a full refund. If the return is not due to any fault of ours and the product is in suitable condition, the customer will be responsible for return postage. 

Shipping & Delivery Terms

Order Processing & Dispatch

We strive to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days following payment confirmation. However, in the case of stock unavailability, dispatch may be delayed.

Free shipping is available for standard delivery only and excludes express shipping options.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and, if applicable, tracking details.

Courier & Delivery Responsibility

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, Root2Leaf Organic Australia no longer has control over the delivery process. This includes any adjustments to delivery times, parcel handling, or unexpected delays.

Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
  • We are not responsible for courier notifications regarding delivery or collection.
  • Delays caused by courier issues, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

After receiving your tracking information, you are responsible for monitoring your shipment and contacting the courier for delivery updates.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

We do not resend orders due to delivery delays and will not offer refunds or replacements unless the courier has officially declared the parcel lost.

In case of a delay, we’re happy to assist you in communicating with the courier, but our ability to influence their process is limited.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, you may choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement order.

Shipping Refunds & Delivery Estimates

We do not refund shipping charges for delayed deliveries. Once your order is picked up by the courier, delivery times are beyond our control.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days, final delivery schedules are managed by the courier.

To check estimated delivery times, we recommend visiting the courier’s official website.

Additional Freight Charges

If the actual shipping cost significantly exceeds the fee paid at checkout, Root2Leaf Organic Australia reserves the right to request additional freight charges.

In such cases, customers may choose to:

  • Pay the additional shipping cost, or
  • Cancel the order for a full refund.
